At EPI Jewelry, we want you to be completely captivated by your new pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
